Community registration and refunds
The configured registration fee is 10 THB once per Discord ID, granting eligibility to request an invitation while the account is in good standing. Payments are not enabled. Payment is not legal identity verification or KYC. Insufficient or uncertain payments are held for review without asking for another charge. Excess funds are not donations. Refund terms, disputes, handling times and operational contact: [operator must complete and publish before accepting money]. There is no automated refund transfer.

Services
This website provides product information, support submission, Discord sign-in and community access management. No products, paid subscriptions or license service are currently active.
Account and community access
Use your own Discord account and keep it secure. Signing in does not automatically grant community eligibility. Invitations are limited in duration and bound to a particular Discord ID. Do not attempt to bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, access another person’s data, send spam or violate applicable laws and platform terms. ZertraOne is independent of Roblox and Discord.
Suspension and review
Administrators may suspend access based on appropriate reasons and evidence. Request a review through Support. Failed sign-in or invite expiry alone is not grounds for banning an account.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing removes non-excludable consumer rights. Purchase and refund terms must be published before paid services launch. Material changes must be announced. Governing law and dispute arrangements: [operator and legal review required].
